Padma Culinary Journey, A Taste of Nikkei in Bandung

Have you ever tried the combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, commonly known as Nikkei? This time, Padma Hotel Bandung has managed to collaborate with Chef Sandro Medrano from Tenkai Japanese Nikkei Restaurant of Padma Resort Legian. The chef, who was born and raised in Peru, served the unique Peruvian-Japanese Nikkei flavor creations on Saturday, 11 March 2023.

With an elegant appearance, soft texture, and the fresh and spicy flavors of Peruvian specialties, the service undoubtedly provides a special dining experience. Those who like to explore the world of culinary delights were delighted with the signature dishes served by Chef Sandro Medrano. Hassun Nikkei, Chicken Anticucho, Chicken Charcoal Bun, Gindara Misoyu, Robata Niku, and a dessert created by the pastry chef of Padma Hotel Bandung, Exotic Mango Coconut Pudding were served during the service.
