Bandung, June 18, 2025 – Archipelago, the largest hotel operator in Southeast Asia, together with CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan, held the topping-off ceremony for Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan – Bandung. The hotel is set to open by the end of 2025.

The event was attended by Winston Hanes (Senior Vice President of Operations – Archipelago), Zita Hanna Mariska (Vice President of Business Development – Archipelago), Berri Naurika (Corporate General Manager – Archipelago), and the board of directors of CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan – Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan. The ceremony began with a traditional tumpeng cutting, followed by a symbolic cement pouring into the structure, and concluded with a balloon release by representatives from both companies.
Strategically located in the heart of Kota Baru Parahyangan on Jalan Panyawangan, the hotel is designed to meet the needs of modern travelers—whether for business or leisure. With 116 rooms, six meeting spaces, and a skylight-rooftop restaurant, Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan combines comfort, efficiency, and style. It will be Archipelago’s seventh hotel in the Bandung area.
