InterContinental Bali Resort is delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Indrajit Saha as Executive Chef, bringing with him over 24 years of global culinary experience across India, the Maldives, St. Lucia, Djibouti, Thailand, Vietnam, Seychelles, Bahrain, the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa.
Throughout his distinguished career, Chef Indrajit has played a pivotal role in launching innovative dining concepts, transforming underperforming F&B operations into thriving successes and leading diverse culinary teams at some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and resorts. His culinary philosophy emphasizes sustainability, wellness and a farm-to-fork approach, ensuring every dining experience achieves a harmonious balance of indulgence and nourishment.
A native of Kolkata, India, Chef Indrajit is celebrated not only for his exceptional culinary expertise but also for his warm personality and passion for embracing new cultures and people. He shares his life with his Thai wife and their 14-year-old daughter, Ahaana. Beyond the kitchen, he enjoys reading, particularly on investments and current affairs and exploring diverse cultures and films.
A strong advocate of healthy living, Chef Indrajit embodies his philosophy by maintaining a tea- and coffee-free lifestyle and focusing on clean eating. His personal commitment to wellness is reflected in his cuisine, where he creates dishes that are both wholesome and full of flavor.
