The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali proudly concluded its signature annual event, Celebrate Women 2025: Journey to I’m Possible, as part of Marriott International’s Women in Leadership initiative. Held on Friday, 11 April 2025, the event gathered over 250 attendees at the Bali International Convention Centre, uniting women and allies in an afternoon dedicated to empowerment, resilience, and personal growth.
Spearheaded by Westin’s very own Women in Leadership team, the event brought Marriott’s commitment to well-being, balance, and growth to life—delivering not only an inspiring program, but a memorable and purpose-driven experience for all.
The highlight of the day was an empowering keynote session by Merry Riana—entrepreneur, investor, content creator, and government advisor—who shared her remarkable journey from adversity to success, emphasizing that “I’m Possible” is more than a phrase—it’s a mindset. Guests were moved by her story and many took the rare opportunity to connect with her during an exclusive Meet & Greet for selected participants.
In true celebration of Indonesian heritage, gusts came dressed in traditional attire while enjoying a curated marketplace bazaar, networking opportunities, and a delightful light dinner that encouraged connection and collaboration.
The event also showcased a soulful performance by Frigia, a talented young artist and daughter of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s associate, whose journey in music inspired fellow attendees with its message of determination and creativity.

As the resort commemorates Kartini Day and continues its mission to support the voices and dreams of women across generations, Celebrate Women 2025 serves as a shining reminder of what’s possible when communities unite to uplift one another.
