Jamie Oliver Kitchen Introduces Fresh, Seasonal, and Bold New Menu

Jamie Oliver Kitchen is thrilled to announce the launch of its new menu, arriving in January 2025. This carefully curated selection showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors, offering diners an exceptional culinary experience across small plates, hearty mains, and indulgent desserts.

The small plates feature enticing options such as Chicken Tacos with charred chicken, sticky peppers, fiery jalapeño yoghurt, and a touch of fresh lime. This vibrant dish combines fiery heat with refreshing citrus notes, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Another highlight is the Octopus Croquettes, a delightful combination of crunchy octopus balls served with a zesty saffron mayonnaise, offering a rich and textured appetizer.

 

 

For main courses, the Miso Stir-Fry shines with charred tofu, pineapple, miso, and lime, paired with sesame broccoli and vermicelli noodles. This dish provides a harmonious blend of sweet and savory, accented by a sprinkle of wasabi peas for added crunch. The Sticky Sesame Chicken, with honey-glazed chicken thighs, fluffy rice, and miso pak choi, delivers comforting, vibrant flavors that are both satisfying and memorable.

The burger selection includes the standout Octopus Burger, a bold creation featuring tempura octopus, smoky tomato mayo, and sticky peppers in a toasted bun. The interplay of crunchy tempura and creamy mayonnaise makes every bite a delightful experience. For dessert, the Totally Tropical Cheesecake takes center stage with its creamy coconut filling, buttery biscuit base, and zingy pineapple and passion fruit salsa. This indulgent treat is the perfect finale to any meal, offering a refreshing and tangy finish.
