Fu House, the latest dining concept by PROJECT : BLACK, is turning up the heat in Seminyak with a fresh take on the Asian Grill. Officially opened on 17 June 2024, Fu House is where the grill ignites flavours and friendships. We serve Asian Grill dishes made for sharing, with a lively vibe that feels like a dinner party you always want to stay.
On the menu, expect smoky, flame-kissed dishes that bring out punchy, satisfying flavours. Fu House is where fresh ingredients meet fire. From juicy steaks to zingy salads, the menu invites sharing, keeping the table buzzing with plates that everyone can dig into.
Try the Beef Tartare with spicy aioli and rice crisps. Then, enjoy the tender Panang Curry with wood-grilled lamb. Don't miss the popular Char Siu Pork with apples and peanuts. Leading the culinary team is the dynamic duo of Executive Chef Lance Mueller and Head Chef I Putu Agus Armen, bringing their expertise from top restaurants worldwide and Bali’s dining scenes. Behind the bar, Group Mixologist Arey Barker is shaking up cocktails that perfectly complement the grill flavours, while Group Wine Specialist Gosha Tychinski has curated a list of natural wines to keep the good times flowing.
This most recent project combines Bali Hospitality duo Tai Buddha and Adam McAsey. “This project has been a journey through the bustling streets of Hong Kong and Bangkok, where the roots of the Asian Grill come alive,” said Adam McAsey. “It’s not just about a restaurant and its flavours. It’s about creating a space where food, family, and friends come together to make every meal unforgettable.”
