Citadines Berawa Beach Bali recently hosted an intimate gathering titled “An Evening & Connection with Media” at the Sky Lounge. The event aimed to strengthen connections with media partners while introducing Lemon & Salt, the hotel’s new food and beverage identity. Set against the golden hues of the Berawa sunset, media guests were invited to experience a curated selection of dishes and crafted cocktails from the top of Canggu, the 5th floor of Citadines Berawa Beach Bali. The evening celebrated good food, great company, and the relaxed yet vibrant spirit of Canggu.
Lemon & Salt features four distinctive outlets within Citadines Berawa Beach Bali such as Lobby Café: perfect for coffee and casual meetups, All Day Dining Restaurant: serving a mix of international and local favorites, Juice Bar: offering healthy and refreshing beverages, and the highlight, Sky Bar: complete with a sky pool and panoramic sunset views over Berawa Beach. According to Ervira Syahputri, General Manager of Citadines Berawa Beach Bali, “This event is our way of appreciating the continuous support from media partners who have helped share our stories. Through Lemon & Salt, we aim to create a dining experience that’s casual, flavorful, and inspired by the Canggu lifestyle.”
The event was also supported by Bali Moon, Oro Tequilana, and Gripp, who contributed to the evening’s lively atmosphere with their signature selections and beverages. The night concluded with laughter, conversation, and a shared appreciation for the culinary creativity that Lemon & Salt brings to the heart of Canggu, marking an exciting new chapter for Citadines Berawa Beach Bali.
