This annual event brings together bars and restaurants worldwide, uniting in support of Slow Food’s mission to create a more sustainable and equitable world of food and
drink.

At Payangan Lounge, a unique selection of Negroni variations is available, elevating this beloved cocktail to new heights. Guests can savour expertly crafted versions alongside the classic recipe:

• Arrackeroni – A tropical twist combining the rich flavours of arrack, offering a refreshing
  escape with every sip.

• Cheese Negroni – A savoury creation blending artisanal cheese flavours with the
  traditional Negroni profile, providing a distinctive tasting experience.

• Barrel-Aged Boulevardier – A luxurious and rich interpretation of the classic, aged to
  perfection for a smooth and sophisticated finish.

Each cocktail is thoughtfully crafted to highlight a balance of flavours, while supporting the ethos of sustainability and quality. Starting from IDR 155,000++/ glass, guests are invited to Payangan Lounge for a week of celebration, creativity, and community impact, set against the stunning backdrop of Ubud.
