Continuing its celebrated Travelogues of the Archipelago dining series, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invites guests to embark on a captivating culinary voyage through the rich flavors of East Nusa Tenggara. Held from 25–27 October 2025 at the beachfront Ikan Restaurant , this special edition presents a cultural dining experience inspired by heritage, heart, and humanity. Guided by Chef Raviel Sidik, Chef de Cuisine of Ikan, and Chef Lucky Lukman, Owner of Dailah Sajian Kontemporer , this edition unfolds a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights the region’s soulful ingredients and traditional techniques—interpreted through a refined, contemporary lens. Each course tells a story of the islands’ vibrant landscapes, aromatic spices, and time-honored culinary customs.
