Women and Strength an Inspiring Workout Session with The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali
and F45 Training Bali

Bali partnering with F45 TRAINING Bali hosted an inspiring morning workout  session on Friday, 17th March 2023 to pay tribute to women and the role they play in society. This meaningful  event was held in acknowledgement of International Women’s Day that took place earlier this month and Kartini  Day, a national day coming up in April that honors the empowerment of Indonesian women.  

Aiming of this event to assist women to be in a position of power to make informed decisions about their health.  Age is just a number and women can choose to stay fit and healthy longer. The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali  with Body Factory Bali, together we hope can embrace and lift women around us to makes them feel strong and  confident. 

Highlight class will led by F45 TRAINING Bali’s top female instructors – Coach Laila and Retno. This functional  training will take place at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali start from 9 am and continue with discussion. At  this event, we invite The Westin Ubud’s women associates and in-house guest to join the event.
