The experience begins on Thursday, October 9, 2025, with Mixology Mashup at R Bar , where Angga, Mixologist of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu, joins hands with Adi, Mixologist of French Kiss Bali. Together, they will craft bold and innovative cocktails that highlight both tropical vibrancy and French sophistication. Set against the lively atmosphere of R Bar , the evening invites guests to sip, mingle, and dance to the rhythm of a live DJ performance. Entry is complimentary, making it the perfect start to a weekend.
The celebration continues the next evening, Friday, October 10, 2025, at the resort’s signature dining venue, Double Ikat Restaurant , with a fine dining experience titled Epicurean Journey: Nusantara Meets French. In this six-course dinner, Chef Wisnu Adiyatma of Double Ikat and Chef Stephane Simond of French Kiss Bali come together to create a culinary collaboration between two worlds, where Indonesia’s rich Nusantara heritage meets the refined artistry of French cuisine. Each dish tells a story of tradition, technique, and collaboration, complemented by an optional wine pairing experience curated to enhance every flavor. The evening is priced at IDR 788,000++ per person, with an additional IDR 200,000++ per person for wine pairing, accompanied by live ethnic music from Sonic Safari that completes the dining experience.
