Passionate about cocktails that spark curiosity, the Head Bartender, Rohan Matmary (@thebitterboss) draws on an award-winning and experimental career to bring TELU drinks center stage as our first guest bartender of the year. Rohan will be behind the bar from 6-10 pm alongside Jan, serving up sustainable cocktails.

Proceeds from cocktail sales will support @ocean_gardener, a Balinese coral reef restoration charity.

From 2 pm - 4 pm, Rohan will also be hosting “Colour Me Curious”, a sustainability bar workshop showcasing Bar Trigona’s planet-loving vision with drink tastings, snacks, and insider tips.
