On August 22, 2025, from 5PM to 8PM, fire and flavor take center stage as FOUR FANTASTIC NEIGHBORHOOD FLAMES brings together four of the island’s celebrated chefs for a one-night-only grilling showcase under the Bali sunset, in collaboration with Bali Culinary Professionals.

This special event will feature a powerhouse line-up:

Chef Heri Riskiawan, Executive Chef of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, known for his bold yet balanced flavors that blend tradition with modern flair.

Chef Chris Smith, Corporate Chef of Red Gunpowder and 7AM, whose mastery of global influences and spice-forward creations always leave a lasting impression.
