As guests settle into the elegant setting, they are greeted with signature handcrafted cocktails, carefully curated by Raviella Angela, one of Bali’s rising female bartenders, in collaboration with Tito’s Vodka. With each sip, there’s a toast to the women breaking barriers in male dominated industries, to the entrepreneurs who dared to dream, and to the changemakers who ensure no woman is left behind.
“Bartending is storytelling in a glass,” says Raviella as she pours a beautifully crafted cocktail. “Every cocktail has a story, just like every woman here today. This event is about celebrating our craft, our strength, and our voice.”

For years, Bali Wise has provided education and vocational training to underprivileged women, giving them the skills and confidence to step into the workforce and secure their independence. Across the island, Bali Pink Ribbon has been a lifeline for women facing breast cancer, ensuring that awareness, early detection, and education save lives.
“When women have access to education and opportunity, they don’t just change their own lives, they uplift entire communities,” shares Dentia of Bali Wise.
“Empowerment starts with knowledge whether it’s knowing your worth in a business setting or knowing the importance of early cancer detection,” adds Yuni Setiawati of Bali Pink Ribbon. “Today is a celebration, but it’s also a reminder that when we come together, we create real, lasting change.”
The heart of the event beats strongest during the Empowering Panel Discussion, where stories unfold stories of women who refused to be defined by limitations, who pushed beyond barriers, who used their voices to lift others. In this space, inspiration is not just heard, but deeply felt.
