From September 22nd to 28th, 2025, Amici by Enrico Bartolini will join the global celebration of Negroni Week with curated cocktails, prepared creatively by our Head Mixologist, Dewa Buda Arsana. Guests are invited to indulge in three unique interpretations of the world’s most iconic cocktail, offering guests a tantalizing journey into the essence of the bold and bitter Negroni with a tropical flair.

During this special week, Amici by Enrico Bartolini’s talented bar team will present three creative Negroni cocktails: Guaiava Americano, Tropiconi, and Pioggia di Settembre, each priced at IDR 185,000++.

Guaiava Americano presents a playful twist on the Americano, the historic foundation of the Negroni, infused with tropical guava for a refreshing palate. This cocktail brings a vibrant, sweet, and fruity edge to the timeless Italian aperitivo. The second creation, Tropiconi, reimagines the Negroni with a bold tropical flair. Crafted with Campari, gin, a sweet vermouth infusion sous vide with pineapple honey, it embodies the warmth and vibrancy of island life.

Completing the trio is Pioggia di Settembre, an ode to the changing season. Combining Campari, gin, grapes, apple shrub, carrot cordial, elderflower, and lemon, it offers layers of depth to the special cocktail. This drink represents balance, just like the Negroni itself, but with a whisper of Italian melancholy and romance.
