The Papandayan has been awarded the Haute Grandeur awards in both the hotel and restaurant categories for two consecutive years. This year, The Papandayan won three categories for hotels, namely Best Classic Hotel—Asia, Best Hotel Service—Indonesia, and Best Sustainable Hotel—Indonesia. Meanwhile, Pago Restaurant also won three restaurant categories: Best Indonesian Cuisine – Asia, Best Restaurant Ambience – Indonesia, and Best Asian Cuisine – Global.
