Chef Nyoman's expertise in Balinese, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine brings a unique twist to the dishes. The new menu is divided into several sections, each featuring a unique range of dishes. Start your culinary journey with the Waxing Crescent section's lighter and fresher dishes before moving on to the First Quarter section's variety of soups. The Waxing Gibbous section offers comfort food dishes, while the Full Moon section highlights Moonlite Kitchen & Bar's signature dishes. Finally, the New Moon section offers seasonal and locally-sourced produce-focused desserts.
With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry and deep knowledge of Asian cuisine, Chef Nyoman is excited to introduce his creative and delicious new dishes to guests. "I have put together a range of dishes showcasing the best Balinese, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, with a modern twist. My team and I have worked tirelessly to source the freshest ingredients and maximize the fusion between each mouthwatering Asian spice and herb into a mouthful dish, and I am confident that guests will love the flavors and presentation of each dish," said Chef Nyoman.
Moonlite Kitchen & Bar's signature dishes include the Balinese Crispy Duck, Bali Baby Pork Ribs, Pomelo and Seafood Salad, jackfruit Rendang, Bebek Mesantan, Ayam Mekalas Ala Chef Nyoman, Coral Reef Red Snapper Fillet, Pulung Pulung Ubi, and Vanilla Panacota, all served with beautiful presentation and delicious flavors. Prices for food range between IDR 85,000 to IDR 375,000, while beverages start from IDR 60,000.
