After years of working in several cafes, fine-dining establishments across Australia (and a five-star hotel in Sydney ) William decided to pursue this passion on his own, and thus Sensorium was born. Sensorium is a celebration of human's five senses. Sensorium itself is Derived from the combination of "sense" and "sensory" which truly emphasize what he wants to convey to his customers through the establishment.
Owner and Chef William serve up modern Australian Brunch with an Asian twist through carefully assembled dishes such as the signature Bulgogi Beef Burger, it was inspired by the love of Korean bbq when he was in Australia and he recreated it with his own refined technique, personal touch and deep understanding of various ingredients combination.
The Ramen Soup was inspired by childhood memories and his mom, full of umami flavor and comfort. The smooth coffee and mouthwatering desserts will also challenge all your five senses – and there's even a 14-component-in-1 creation that'll surprise you with a unique burst of flavor in every bite. A very creative play with fusion cuisine, their dishes are executed with artistic finesse.
