Available exclusively for dinner from 6.00pm to 10.00pm, the degustation menu begins with three exquisite amuse-bouche selections, followed by signature dishes such as Lobster Bambu and Mushroom Tartine. For the main course, guest may choose between Barramundi or Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, each masterfully prepared. End your dining experience with White Cloud, a delicate dessert of vanilla cream, crisp meringue and refreshing ginger consommé, a perfect finale to this thoughtfully composed menu.
