This Sunday, W Bali – Seminyak partners with Takumi , a contemporary Japanese fine dining destination in Seminyak, to bring a refined Japanese perspective to Bali’s most iconic weekend ritual — Sunday Brunch at Starfish Bloo.

 

Rooted in the philosophy of balance, seasonality, and harmony, Takumi is known for transforming each dish into a work of culinary art. Led by Daijiro Horikoshi, a master of Japanese cuisine from Osaka, the restaurant reflects a deep respect for ingredients and craftsmanship shaped by his upbringing in his family’s culinary heritage.

 

Through this collaboration, Chef Daijiro brings a highly personalized and immersive dining experience to the vibrant, indulgent setting of W Bali - Seminyak. His creations seamlessly blend premium local and imported ingredients with refined Japanese techniques, offering a brunch experience that is both elevated and memorable.

 

For this special edition, guests can enjoy a curated selection of Takumi’s signatures to an array of meticulously crafted sushi rolls, alongside vibrant grazing dishes and refreshing, Japanese-inspired cocktails.
