We are extremely stoked to announce a very special acoustic concert featuring the world-renowned Jack Johnson, live on our property June 18, 2025 (Doors open at 4:00 PM and close by 9 PM).
We have been dreaming about having Jack as a guest and a performer here for over 15 years, and it is finally manifesting. Jack will deliver a solo performance to an intimate crowd of nearly 1,000, right on the cliff overlooking the majestic Uluwatu surf breaks.
The evening will also include a special screening of The September Sessions, Jack’s acclaimed cinematic surf film shot on 16mm and newly remastered in 4K. Filmed and directed by Jack Johnson and produced by Emmett Malloy and Kelly Slater, this quintessential surf film, which helped launch Jack’s music career, is being presented for the first time in 23 years.
Shot entirely in remote Indonesian waters with surfing by his friends Kelly Slater, Rob Machado, Brad Gerlach, Shane Dorian, Ross Williams, and Luke Egan, Jack captured some of the most iconic surfing of his generation in this film.
For years, Uluwatu Surf Villas has been a home for surfers, travelers, and creatives who share a deep appreciation for music, nature, and community and Jack Johnson embodies that spirit perfectly. We couldn’t be more honored to have him perform here. This event isn’t just about the music—it’s about bringing people together in one of the most breathtaking places on earth, under the stars, above the waves, sharing something truly unforgettable.
