Valentine’s celebrations at Bali Beach Hotel begin at ROSO with “Legacy of Love,” a refined five course dining experience inspired by heritage flavors and timeless romance, opening with Scallop Asap Kecombrang, followed by the bright freshness of Pacri Kurisi and the comforting warmth of Sop Udang Kacang Merah, before presenting Kalio Daging Sapi, slow-cooked to tender perfection, and concluding with the delicate sweetness of Mawar Soufflé, freshly baked and served with berries gelato. The celebration continues at Arunika with “Moments for Two,” a contemporary seaside dining experience designed for shared conversations and refined indulgence, beginning with artisanal bread and a carefully crafted amuse-bouche, followed by highlights such as Miso Butter Tuna Tartare and a clear, aromatic Clam Consommé, leading to the indulgent 48 Hour Cooked Sake Short Ribs, and ending on a romantic note with Spice of Love, a dessert that balances sweetness, texture, and warmth. Both Valentine’s set menus are priced at IDR 450,000++ per person and are available on 14 February 2026.

Marking the arrival of the Year of the Fire Horse, the month culminates in vibrant Chinese New Year celebrations. On 16 February, Roso presents “Warisan Pecinan,” a festive Chinese New Year’s Eve buffet available from 18.00 to 21.00. The evening showcases a rich spread of Chinese Indonesian and classic Peranakan specialties, including roasted duck, crispy pork belly, pork char siew, lapchiong, seafood fried noodles, char siew pao, and a variety of live cooking stations such as dumplings. To mark the celebration, each table will be served a complimentary Yu Sheng to symbolizes prosperity and abundance, accompanied by a lively Barongsai performance ushers in good luck and positive energy for the new year. Celebrations continue on 17 February at Arunika with a festive Chinese New Year Brunch “The Lunar Season”, served from 12.30 to 15.30. The brunch features a generous selection of Lunar favorites, including roasted duck, crispy pork belly, and handmade dumplings station. A Yu Sheng salad will also be served at each table as part of the celebration, complemented by a lively Barongsai performance. The brunch is available at IDR 688,000++ per person, with an alcohol inclusive option at IDR 1,388,000++ per person.

Begins with a selection of traditional tak’jil, including dates, kolak, assorted fritters, and boiled snacks, followed by welcome crackers of kembang goyang and rengginang served alongside sambal Nusantara. Guests are then served comforting Rawon Sapi, before enjoying a generous spread of Indonesian favorites such as Ikan Bakar, Gulai Kambing, Semur Sapi, Lodeh Ayam Nangka, Sambal Goreng Ati, Tumis Keciwis, as well as ketupat and nasi uduk. Finally, the evening concludes on a sweet note with Es Pisang Ijo, a classic Ramadhan dessert that completes this celebration of flavors, tradition, and togetherness.

Beyond Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Ramadhan, Roso continues its celebration of Indonesian culinary heritage with “Sajian Jawa,” the restaurant’s February signature promotion. Presented in a generous rijsttafel style, the menu showcases classic Javanese dishes such as Soto Sulung, Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak, Bebek Carok, Rawon, and Ikan Kare, complemented by seasonal vegetables, traditional accompaniments, and beloved desserts including Wingko, Getuk, and Es Cendol.
