Nestled among Ubud’s misty treetops and terraced valleys, Uma Cucina is a convivial, open-air restaurant that brings Italian culinary traditions into harmony with Bali’s abundant produce. With its terracotta floors, vibrant greenery, and buzzing communal bar, it offers a relaxed yet sophisticated setting ideal for sharing a slow lunch or a lively dinner.

Easter weekend unfolds with:

  • Good Friday BBQ Dinner (April 18th)
    A rustic spread of Balinese favourites—fish satay, grilled prawns, and pepes ikan—served at Uma Bar, alongside cold-pressed juices from the COMO Shambhala Kitchen.

  • Bistecca and Blues (April 19th)
    An indulgent evening of dry-aged porterhouse steak paired with live blues performances. A celebration of big flavours and laid-back rhythm.

  • Easter Sunday Brunch (April 20th)
    A family-style Italian feast featuring antipasti, wood-fired pizzas, chargrilled seafood and Easter-themed cocktails. Young guests are invited to explore their creativity at the Easter egg painting corner between 12.00pm and 3.00pm.

On Easter Sunday, guests are invited to a Seaside Easter Lunch, curated by Chef Kadek Sugiantara. The experience begins with shared plates of yellowfin tuna tartare, lamb croquettes, and poached prawns, followed by refined main courses such as herb almond crumbed grouper, cumin-spiced lamb rack, and 21-day dry-aged beef striploin. A medley of indulgent desserts—including pavlova with passionfruit and coconut panna cotta—concludes the meal with festive flourish. While parents linger over lunch, younger guests enjoy one-hour complimentary access to Play by COMO, an enriching space designed for creativity and exploration.
