Locavore, the award-winning restaurant in Ubud, Bali, will close its doors this summer and transform into a new project called LVE NXT, which will be located just outside of Ubud in a natural setting. The transformation is inspired by Locavore chef owners Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah's realization that they needed to take action to turn their beliefs into something real.
