Bib Gourmand Announcement Ahead of Ceremony
Ahead of the main ceremony, the Bib Gourmand selection will be unveiled, celebrating restaurants and eateries that deliver good quality food at good value—a beloved list that highlights Singapore’s vibrant hawker and casual dining culture.
In 2024, the Bib Gourmand list featured 81 establishments, including 11 new entries, each recognized for offering outstanding flavors at accessible prices.

The MICHELIN Standard
The MICHELIN Guide upholds a consistent global standard through its anonymous inspectors, who evaluate restaurants across five universal criteria:
Quality of ingredients
Mastery of cooking techniques
Harmony of flavors
Expression of the chef’s personality
Consistency across visits and the menu
This rigorous process ensures that every recognition—from Bib Gourmand to Three Stars—carries the same hallmark of quality and integrity.
