Wasser Pump, a leading brand in the residential water pump category, continues to expand its product and service ecosystem to address the increasingly diverse needs of household consumers. These efforts go beyond product development, focusing also on providing support that helps consumers select and use water pumps according to their specific requirements.
Through Jagoan Wasser 2026, Wasser is strengthening the role of technicians in connecting product solutions with consumer needs, from water pump selection and installation requirements to access to product information and after-sales services. Jagoan Wasser 2026 is an activation programme that brings together a technical skills competition, the introduction of the CUAN programme, and product and service consultations for consumers. The initiative forms part of Wasser's efforts to connect its products, technician community, and consumer needs through a series of integrated activities.

As part of the programme, Jagoan Wasser 2026 features a skills competition for the technician community. The competition covers speed and precision in pump assembly, pipe installation skills, successful water flow delivery, and water pressure accuracy. Participants are assessed by professionals from Wasser Pump's Research and Development (R&D) team and its Service Centre technicians.
Beyond the competition, Jagoan Wasser also introduces CUAN, an engagement programme designed for the technician community. Through this initiative, technicians can connect with Wasser and gain access to information about activities, programmes, and available membership benefits. This initiative reflects Wasser's commitment to building long-term relationships with its technician community.
For consumers, Jagoan Wasser offers consultations covering water pump selection, installation requirements, product usage, and after-sales service information. These sessions provide consumers with the opportunity to obtain relevant insights and guidance when choosing a water pump that suits their household needs.
Jagoan Wasser 2026 also showcases the Wasser Pump PW-125EAN, an automatic shallow-well water pump featuring an effective suction depth of approximately seven metres, a maximum flow rate of 35 litres per minute, and a maximum total head of 30 metres. The product is equipped with a pressure switch that automatically regulates pump operation based on water pressure, a thermal protector that helps prevent motor damage caused by overheating, and a rust-resistant brass impeller. The PW-125EAN comes with a three-year motor warranty and a one-year spare parts warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
