Mix or Match: Solo's First Liquid House at Alila

Agra Rooftop recently introduced the first Liquid House concept in Solo, Central Java. Themed "Mix or Match," this Liquid House presents a new way to enjoy cocktails, where the entire team collaborates and unleashes creativity.

Located on the 29th floor of the Alila Solo Hotel, Agra Rooftop introduces a way to enjoy cocktails that isn't just relaxing, but also offers a journey of discovering the flavors and stories in each glass. The Liquid House concept is designed as a creative space, where the bartender is the storyteller, while the guest becomes part of the narrative, and the cocktail is the medium of expression.

"With Mix or Match, we invite guests to choose whether to enjoy our creations or create their own flavors that best represent themselves," explained Tesa Pujiastuti, Event Manager at Alila Solo.

For guests looking to be pampered, Agra's signature mixology menu offers a collection of bespoke cocktails born from Agra's own creative spirit. Each glass is crafted using premium ingredients and the personal touch of Agra Rooftop's mixologists, tailored to each guest's taste preferences, whether sweet, sour, bitter, floral, or slightly spicy.

Here, guests simply state their preferences, and the Agra team will create a story. Those who want to explore on their own are welcome to head behind the bar to create their own cocktail.

Choose a base spirit, choose a flavor, choose a garnish, and then name the concoction to reflect the guest's identity and mood for the evening. Each creation carries a story, and the best one will be crowned "Signature of the Month," and will be featured on Agra Rooftop's official menu for a month, complete with a dedication to the creator.

Agra Rooftop offers a selection of cocktails designed using a variety of techniques, from aperitifs and bitters, clarified and infused, sour and fermented, to martinis and short drinks, and sous-vide and spiced. It also features a selection of dessert cocktails, such as Rive Rouge, Elan Whisper, The Clair, Velours Noir, Paris Ferment, Red Bassilius, Java Leaf Elixir, Rosella Rouge Martini, Kenanga Night Warmth, Lychee Torch Blossom, Smoked Island Sarsaparilla, and Falernum Orchard Fizz, Caffe Elysee, Banana Brulee, and Pandan Royale. For guests seeking alcohol-free mocktails, Faux Yakult, Rose Whisper, and Eclat Rose are available.

All drinks are priced from IDR 48,000 to IDR 178,000. Liquid House offers an intimate, visual, and interactive experience that combines the art of cocktail mixing with the atmosphere of a rooftop bar.
