This exclusive five-course degustation menu is a tribute to romance, blending the finest ingredients with artistic presentation. Guests will embark on a flavorful journey that begins with an amuse bouche, a delightful welcome creation by Chef Adi, a crispy fried yasai tempura topped with tobiko and a delicate soy broth, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
To celebrate the essence of ‘First Love’ which is an appetizer, couples can choose between a classic Greek Salad featuring crisp onion, cucumber, bell pepper, mixed lettuce, and balsamic vinaigrette, or a Romaine Hearts Salad topped with shaved parmesan cheese, focaccia croutons, and Meyer lemon dressing, a refreshing prelude to the evening’s indulgence.
Next comes ‘Sweet Dream’, a velvety pumpkin soup served with a savory cheese crouton, bringing warmth and comfort, much like the embrace of a loved one.
For the main course, ‘Love Me Forever’, guests can savor either the Australian Beef Tenderloin, perfectly cooked and accompanied by sautéed vegetables, carrot and potato purée, finished with a rich pepper sauce; or the Grilled Filet of Salmon, served with Florentine sauce, potato purée, and fresh vegetables of the day, a true testament to culinary excellence and devotion.
