Nestled on a quiet street in Belgravia, just a stone's throw from where the first official London Dry gins received royal approval, COMO The Halkin now offers guests its own unique blend.
Named after Halkin Street, where the hotel has stood proudly since its opening in 1991, COMO The Halkin has crafted this gin with meticulous attention to detail, drawing inspiration from its elegant surroundings and rich heritage. The result is a sophisticated gin that harmoniously blends tradition with modernity.
The collaboration with Devon Distillery has been pivotal in bringing this vision to life, combining their distilling expertise with COMO The Halkin's dedication to quality and elegance.

The culmination of our efforts was the remarkable launch event at the hotel, where we showcased the development process and even brought our still, Dorothy, to produce the gin on-site.
After months of perfecting the distillation process and selecting the finest botanicals, COMO The Halkin's London Dry Gin promises a refined taste experience. Each botanical has been carefully chosen to reflect the essence of Belgravia and the lush landscapes of Devonshire, where they are locally harvested. The gin features rosemary, sage, delight raspberries, opal plum, eureka lemon peel, cubeb, green cardamom, orris root, angelica root, coriander seeds and juniper.
To celebrate the launch, COMO The Halkin will host a series of exclusive tasting events. Guests will have the opportunity to savour the gin in various classic and innovative cocktails, paired with canapés designed to highlight the gin's unique flavours. Guests can also participate in hands-on distilling sessions, offering a fun, interactive experience.
