Shofuku Ramen Bar, the latest Japanese noodle house, known for its specialty chicken ramen, today opened its latest branch in the tourist area of Berawa, Canggu. The new location is the company’s second outlet showing the expansion of its brick-and-mortar presence on the island.
The Berawa outlet is the company’s first location in Canggu, precisely located at Jl. Pantai Berawa No.27, which is popular among dining destinations in the region. Opening year-round, it welcomes ramen enthusiasts starting from 11 am to 11 pm local time.
Specialized in chicken ramen, the brand is known for its 8-hour broth that has a rich taste and aroma. All ramen selections are created by using carefully selected ingredients that are sourced locally. Each bowl of ramen is complemented by freshly made noodles that will satisfy even the most discerning palate.
The restaurant offers a variety of ramen dishes, including Fire Miso Ramen, which features thick chicken broth combined with miso and chili paste. Gyukotsu Ramen is one of the new additions to the menu and quickly becoming a favorite for its rich beef broth. Classic ramen selections like Tori Paitan Ramen and Assari Shio Ramen are also available for those who want comfort food instead of a trendy dish.
In addition to ramen, this outlet offers a variety of other Japanese delicacies such as Chicken Karaage Nanban, Saikoro Beef Steak, and assorted Bento and Rice Bowls (Donburi). It also provides desserts of the sweet variety, including Biscoff Cheesecake Brulee, which has been a hit for its creamy texture. Matcha Anmitsu is available for those who want dessert to share as it features matcha ice cream, mochi, strawberry and jelly in one bowl. Beverages, including mocktails and cocktails, are also available to complete the dining experience.
Shofuku Ramen Bar first opened its doors in Denpasar, Bali in 2021 and has been a favorite of locals and tourists alike for its hearty chicken ramen. The first branch, the one located in Denpasar, is now undergoing renovations to accommodate more diners in the venue and is expected to reopen in September 2022.
