The cozy and relaxing atmosphere is designed to cater to up to 150 pax or more and it would be a perfect fit for any occasion.
When it comes to the brunch menu, treat yourself to a selection of brunch options such as egg benedict, waffle, french toast, chili scrambles, avocado toast, salads, wraps, and a poke bowl. “While discovering the menu for WhiteStone Restaurant & Bar, I’ve been inspired by typical Melbourne-style brunch, where I did curate the freshest and colorful ingredients from the island” explained Chef Indrayadi. The brunch menu is served until 3 in the afternoons.
Transitioning to the dinner, your culinary experience will take you to a mix of International and local dishes, accompanied by a classic cocktail twist such as Rosella Negroni (East Indies Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth Infused, Cranberry, & Rosella) or uniquely named after the stones signature of cocktails such as Smoky Topaz (Whisky, Sunkist Orange, Fresh Lemon Juice, Orange Maple Syrup, Dash of Coffee Liqueur, Crème Brulée Syrup) and our choice of a great selection of wines.
The dessert draws up the culinary experience from Chef Indra’s team and is totally to die for and even sometimes almost too pretty to eat. The Matcha Panna Cotta (macerated strawberry, poached pear, carrot gel, hazelnut, matcha ice cream) and Lemon Tart (shortcrust pastry, lemon cream, meringue, strawberry gel, citrus gel, chocolate crumble, vanilla ice cream) were amongst sought after desserts. The bespoke bar at WhiteStone pays homage to the gin spirit, it’s also known as the House of the Gins where customers can enjoy a variety of Gin selections and customize their experience by picking their own glass drink and their own mixer.
