W Bali - Seminyak Present The Local Forces Dinner, A Collaboration with Mil’s Kitchen

Savor the rich locally-sourced culinary creations as Chef Mili Hendratno from Mil's Kitchen takes part in a four-hand dinner with W Bali – Seminyak’s talented chef, Adriel Manulong.

W Bali – Seminyak is excited to invite renowned Indonesian chef, Mili Hendratno from Mil’s Kitchen, who will be joining forces with W Bali’s talented chef, Adriel Manulong. They will serve an exceptional dinner on Saturday, 3 June 2023 from 6 PM onwards

In addition to this collaboration, Chef Mili Hendratno will showcase a special pop-up during the Sunday brunch on Sunday, 4 June 2023 from 12 PM to 3:30 PM. Both dining experiences will be held at the award-winning restaurant, Starfish Bloo, W Bali – Seminyak.

The two chefs will team up and create nine dishes over a six-course dinner, presenting local dishes with a modern twist using the island’s in-season produce – with a “megibung” or family-sharing style concept. The dinner is priced at IDR IDR 700,000++ per person including a welcome drink and an additional IDR 500,000++ for free-flow wine, beer, and two types of cocktails.

During Bali’s best Sunday brunch, Chef Mili Hendratno will present the delectable offerings from Mil’s Kitchen and will present a pop-up during the brunch, serving local dishes including Tasmanian salmon pepes encroute, smoked wagyu brisket pastrami, ayam tangkap roulade, bone marrow satay sapi.

This Sunday brunch special edition is priced at IDR 820,000++ per person for the food and non-alcoholic beverages package, IDR 1,470,000++ per person for the food and alcoholic beverages package, and IDR 2,470,000++ per person for the food and champagne package.
