This special event will feature a heartwarming duet performance by renowned cellist Asep Hidayat and his talented daughter, Neam Hidayat.
Asep Hidayat, a virtuoso cellist with a mastery of Renaissance to contemporary music, has graced stages across Indonesia and beyond. His remarkable career has taken him on a 100-city tour spanning Indonesia, the Netherlands, Bangkok, Osaka, and Beijing. Beyond his captivating solo performances, Asep Hidayat also serves as a respected lecturer at the Institut Seni Indonesia in Yogyakarta.
Joining her father on stage will be the equally accomplished Neam Hidayat, a rising star in the world of classical music. Introduced to the cello at the tender age of six, Neam has since developed a profound passion for Baroque to modern music. Her musical journey began at the age of eight with a performance alongside the Yogyakarta Symphony Orchestra. Neam's exceptional talent has been recognized through numerous accolades, including a bronze medal at the 2010 Singapore Performer's Festival and the title of Most Favorite Performer at the 2014 International Festival of Young Performers in Azerbaijan.
