Purnawarman Restaurant at Hilton Bandung proudly unveils its signature dish, the 16-Hour Smoked Brisket. Inspired by the rich barbecue traditions of Texas, this special menu brings the authentic flavors of American barbecue to Bandung.
Executive Chef Andry Stefanus shares his inspiration: "This dish is inspired by Texas. This menu is rarely found in Bandung, so we've created something very special at Purnawarman. The brisket, or sandung lamur, is coated with mustard and seasoned with a blend of Cajun spices, paprika, garlic, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, and thyme. After marinating, the meat is smoked for 16 hours. This slow smoking process ensures that the meat becomes incredibly tender and absorbs the flavors well."
In addition to the 16-Hour Smoked Brisket, guests can also indulge in a variety of delectable meat dishes, including beef, chicken, lamb, duck, and seafood. The special menu curated by Executive Chef Andry Stefanus also includes dim sum, sushi, and a selection of delectable desserts.
The 16-Hour Smoked Brisket will be available at the Let's Meat Up weekend buffet at Purnawarman Restaurant on the following dates: May 25, 2024, June 8, 2024, and June 22, 2024, from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Guests can enjoy this delectable dish for IDR 329,000++ per person and IDR 164,500++ for children aged 6-12 years. Hilton Honors members can enjoy a discount of up to 25%.
