Welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, de Braga by ARTOTEL presents a warm and memorable iftar experience through its Ramadan program, “A Wishful Ramadan.” Designed as an all-you-can-eat concept, the program invites guests to enjoy the richness of Indonesian cuisine in an artistic setting infused with the heritage charm of Jalan Braga.
Held at Alfresco Bistro, the experience is set against a softly lit, intimate atmosphere that blends historic architectural details with the hotel’s signature artistic touches. It creates a relaxed and welcoming backdrop for breaking the fast with family, friends, or colleagues.
“A Wishful Ramadan” takes guests on a culinary journey across Indonesia through a rotating daily menu inspired by regions such as West Java, Central Java, Bali, Madura, and more. Each dish highlights familiar, home-style flavors that feel comforting and nostalgic.
Signature offerings include aromatic rice selections like kecombrang rice, kaffir lime leaf rice, and kemangi rice, paired with classic accompaniments such as terong balado, de Braga’s spiced chicken, and a variety of grilled items including prawns, squid, and beef. All dishes are prepared using fresh local ingredients, marinated with selected spices, and served through a live cooking concept by de Braga by ARTOTEL’s culinary team.
To start the meal, guests can enjoy a selection of traditional takjil, including kolak, assorted Indonesian market snacks, kerupuk banjur, fruit pickles, and refreshing drinks made with cucumber and passion fruit. The warm ambiance makes the iftar moment feel intimate and unhurried.
Guests may also enjoy Jalan Braga’s heritage atmosphere while sampling à la carte options such as Madura-style spiced chicken and Banyuwangi spicy chicken, adding classic Nusantara flavors to the dining experience.
“A Wishful Ramadan” is available from 19 February to 19 March 2026 at Alfresco Bistro, de Braga by ARTOTEL. Priced at IDR 185,000 nett per person, the program is crafted to bring together flavor, warmth, and togetherness in one memorable Ramadan experience.
