"My experience working in various International hotels has led my heart to fall in love with Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar. This inspiration drives me to bring global culinary creations to life, including one of my personal favorites—Arabic-Middle Eastern cuisine. Recently, I’ve also immersed myself in mastering Sundanese and Indonesian recipes, renowned for their rich spices and nostalgic flavors. From a variety of sambals to iconic Iftar dishes such as fritters and kolak, every creation is a celebration of tradition and taste. Ramadhan Habibi is a special opportunity for me to showcase my expertise to guests, whom I hope to turn into Habibi—true friends. After all, a true friend always serves something special."
