Taking place on Monday, 16 February 2026, from 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM, the celebration is thoughtfully curated to welcome a new year filled with hope, prosperity, and happiness. Guests are invited to choose between an authentic Chinese set menu at Tian Jing Lou or a lavish buffet at Damai Restaurant, both specially prepared by the culinary team of InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar.
The exclusive set menu at Tian Jing Lou features a selection of signature highlights, including Prosperity Yu Sheng with Premium Smoked Salmon, a traditional Chinese New Year dish symbolising good fortune and abundance; the Five Treasury Chinese Combination, showcasing crispy tiger prawns, jasmine tea smoked duck with signature plum sauce, and chilled jellyfish in Szechuan dressing; and the nourishing Double Boiled Fish Maw Soup, slow-simmered to deliver depth of flavour and warmth. The dining journey continues with refined main courses such as Braised Sea Cucumber with Green Asparagus in Superior Oyster Sauce, before concluding with an elegant dessert of Poached Snow Pear with Peach Gum, served in aromatic yuzu-infused tea.
The festive evening will be further enlivened by a series of cultural performances and entertainment, including a vibrant Lion Dance, Kung Fu performances, live music, and an exciting lucky draw with attractive prizes.
The celebration is available at special rates starting from IDR 589,000 net per person for the buffet at Damai Restaurant and IDR 988,000 net per person for the set menu at Tian Jing Lou.
