As the festive season approaches, Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung sets the tone for celebration through an enticing culinary journey themed “Holiday Season Flavours of Joy.” From November to December 2025, the resort’s Swiss-Kitchen Restaurant presents a lineup of dishes that beautifully blend international flair with the rich taste of Indonesian heritage.
Among the highlights, the Beef Wellington (IDR 290,000++) stands out as a sophisticated centrepiece — tender prime beef tenderloin enveloped in mushroom duxelles and golden puff pastry, served with mashed potatoes, beef jus, and seasonal vegetables. For those who crave the warmth of home-style comfort, the Ayam Lodho (IDR 89,000++) offers a taste of East Java’s signature grilled chicken, slowly braised in rich coconut milk and aromatic spices, paired with pandan-scented coconut rice, urap vegetables, and roasted shrimp paste sambal.
Equally enticing is the Bebek Betutu (IDR 134,000++), a Balinese classic known for its depth of spice and tradition — served with sambal embe, vegetables, and steamed rice. The Es Jahe Tonic (IDR 48,000++) delivers a zesty spark from fresh ginger, lime juice, brown sugar, and tonic water. The Sparkle Coconut Pandan (IDR 48,000++) adds a tropical touch with coconut, pandan, passion fruit syrup, and tonic water — perfect for bright Bandung afternoons.
