Bali New Tables: October 2022

Here are the latest places to dine, drink or be merry in Bali for the month of October, from roasted chicken to healthy selections of food, be sure to put these places on your radar!

Paris di Bali

Parisdibali

From the creators of Paris di Jakarta, comes Paris di Bali. The name translates as Paris in Bali, but don’t expect to find only Parisien cuisine here, because their specialty menu is actually their African Roasted Chicken or Ayam Afrika. What’s unique about the roasted chicken is how it’s combined with rice or plantain, a special green sauce, and the juiciness of the meat, that complements the taste perfectly.

Bokashi

Another addition from the LYD group, Bokashi translates to “fermented organic matter”, which implies recycling garbage to create something valuable from something that would otherwise be discarded. Bokashi is serving breakfast and lunch with a menu concept that features fresh, nutritious meals full of richness created from the best-sourced produce from LYD Organic and leveraging the ever-growing Bokashi Chef’s Line of ready-made items.

Bugis Street

Bugisstreet

Bringing Singapore to Bali, because who doesn’t love Singapore street food? The full-sensory experience at a kopitiam is what makes it so appealing.  Marble-topped tables, vintage mugs, ceiling fans, and floor tiles straight from the grandmother’s kitchen. Some may describe it as old-school or run-down, but to a Singaporean, these are the key aesthetics that distinguish a true kopitiam.
