2023 marks the 10th year of Seminyak’s favorite Motel Mexicola Bali
It’s an impressive achievement for the venue but one that will come as no surprise to those who have experienced it for themselves. Since 2013, the space has been a must-visit for locals and visitors alike, with the eclectic Mexican-inspired restaurant as loved for its authentic fare and innovative cocktails, as it is for its lively atmosphere. Appropriately, in an ode to its first decade, Motel Mexicola will host a fiesta-worthy celebration on Wednesday, April 12 for customers old and new to honor 10 years' worth of memories, good times, and excellent hospitality.
The fiesta will b e a night of live music, performances, food stalls, DJs, salsa, and more. The evening’s specially curated menu and cocktails will be just as enticing as the entertainment, with Executive Chef Steven Skelly selecting 10 of Mexicola’s hero dishes to add to the 6-course Set Menu, priced at 400k++. Denny Bakiev, Group Beverage Director will be returning some classic cocktails for this one night only, stirring the likes of old favorites Sweet Lips and Espresso Go Go.
Turning 10 is an achievement that is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and vision of its partners and its exceptional team, says co-founder Nicolaza Que Pasa, the Mexican native instrumental to the venue’s unique blend of Mexican culture and Balinese hospitality.
