On Friday, 28 August 2026, Le Bleu by K Club hosted The Longest Table, an elegant beachfront dining experience beneath the full moon in Nusa Dua. Set against the sound of the ocean, a beautifully decorated 120-seater table stretched along the beachfront, creating what was envisioned as Indonesia’s longest beachfront dining table.

As the sun set over the horizon, guests gathered for a shared dining experience before the evening transitioned into a magical celebration beneath the summer’s full moon. More than simply a dinner, The Longest Table was designed as an annual signature event that brought together gastronomy, scenography, and storytelling for one memorable evening.
Themed “One Table, One Sunset, One Full Moon,” the experience centred around one continuous table welcoming 120 guests. The setting encouraged natural conversation and connection as diners shared the same culinary journey together. Every course was served simultaneously across the table, creating a sense of togetherness throughout the evening.
Guests were welcomed with signature cocktails and canapés before enjoying a live beach sunset performance that naturally drew attention towards the shoreline. As the evening unfolded, guests took their assigned seats along the table, where the three-course dinner was served in synchronised fashion.
Candlelight, the sound of the waves, and the glow of the full moon created a serene atmosphere, allowing the surrounding environment to become an integral part of the dining experience. The evening concluded with dessert, fireworks, and a celebration beneath the full moon.
“As our inaugural signature annual event, Longest Table by Le Bleu was designed as one continuous experience, where every moment flowed naturally into the next, creating an evening defined by simplicity, rhythm, and elegance,” said Alban Kibarer, French entrepreneur and founder of K Club Group.
“When you eat good food, you feel nurtured. That quick connection of rapport allows us to have deeper conversations. The tables disassemble, but the memories will last a lifetime,” he added.

A Three-Course Culinary Journey
The evening’s culinary experience showcased a refined three-course set menu featuring premium ingredients, elegant presentation, and a carefully considered balance of flavours. Guests who opted for the beverage pairing were treated to wine and champagne selections designed to complement the menu.
The experience began with an Amuse Bouche of Rose Hamachi Crudo & Caviar, featuring beet-cured hamachi, avocado, lemon crème, ginger, and passion fruit.
The Starter of Butter-Poached Slipper Lobster Ravioli followed, pairing homemade ravioli with grilled green asparagus and crustacean beurre blanc.
For the Main Course, guests enjoyed Australian Black Angus Tenderloin, served with smoked butter broccoli purée, king oyster mushroom, glazed baby carrot, and herb Béarnaise.
The evening concluded with a Pistachio Parfait, accompanied by raspberry coulis, pistachio crème, crumble, raspberry sorbet, and tuile.
With its combination of beachfront scenery, sophisticated dining, live entertainment, and a full-moon setting, The Longest Table by Le Bleu offered guests a distinctive evening of gastronomy and connection, setting the stage for what could become one of Bali’s anticipated annual beachfront dining experiences.
