Les Clefs d'Or Indonesia recently orchestrated the grandeur of the 68th International Congress at the opulent Sofitel, Westin Hotel, and Intercontinental Jimbaran Resort in Bali. This gathering, emblematic  of excellence in hospitality, brought together over 400 esteemed Clefs d'Or concierges from around the world for a convergence of knowledge, camaraderie, and innovation.

For those unfamiliar, Les Clefs d'Or, known as "The Golden Keys," represents the pinnacle of concierge professionalism. Its members, recognizable by the golden keys adorning their lapels, are revered for their unparalleled dedication to guest service, local knowledge, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

The congress, spanning multiple days, featured a diverse array of activities designed to enrich the attendees' experiences and deepen their connections within the industry. From enlightening Open Forums and educational workshops to meaningful CSR initiatives, such as the release of turtles into the ocean, the event exemplified Les Clefs d'Or's ethos of service and community.

Moreover, participants had the opportunity to explore Bali's rich cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes through a grand tour encompassing iconic destinations like Kintamani, Uluwatu Temple, and GWK, further immersing themselves in the beauty and diversity of Indonesia.

The Educational Forum, with the theme of "The Rise of AI in the Hospitality Industry", was greeted with enthusiasm from the congress attendees.

With speakers such as Richard Schestak, Vice President Operations Region Asia of Raffles Hotels, as well as a fireside chat panel consisting of Shane O'Flaherty, Global Director, Travel, Transport & Hospitality from Microsoft, Tristan Gadsby, Co Founder and CEO of Alliants and Stuart Greif, Executive Vice President, chief Strategy, Innovation & Operations Officer from Forbes Travel Guide, this year educational day was a great success and enriches our knowledge as concierges to adapt well with the technology development.

The events will not be a great success without its supporting partners.
