This historic occasion marks the first me the association has held an award for a mixologist in its history, adding new dimensions to its legacy of celebrating excellence in gastronomy.
The award was presented at a glamorous ceremony at Villa Antona Traversi in Milan during the association’s 70th-anniversary celebra on, bringing together the best culinary minds from around the world. Bili’s innovative approach, focusing on locally inspired, sustainable cocktails, earned him this distinguished title and global recognition.
