Archipelago Food Festival (AFF) is once again showcasing the excellence of Indonesian cuisine, this time in Bali. The food festival event is scheduled on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the ASTON Grand Ballroom, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center. This AFF is supported and enlivened by 16 Executive Chefs from various hotel brands under Archipelago International in Bali, East Java and Kalimantan. The event is also enhanced by a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity "Expert Talks - The Art of Hospitality," this CSR activity was held at the Monarch Dalung Campus in Bali, as a form of contribution to the professional development of hospitality students.
Archipelago Food Festival at ASTON Denpasar this time carries the theme "All You Can Eat Nusantara Cuisine." Sixteen Executive Chefs from Archipelago International collaborated in this culinary festival to present delicious Indonesian cuisine. The team of chefs is led by Chef Denny as Corporate Executive Chef at Archipelago International. Chef Made Suarmini from NEO Denpasar, Chef Made Budi Antara from favehotel Kuta Kartika Plaza, Chef Gede Darmada from ASTON Canggu Beach Resort, Chef Ketut Artana Yasa from Quest San Denpasar, Chef Desak Ketut Darmayanti from Quest Hotel Kuta, Chef I Wayan Sutrawan from NEO+ Kuta Legian, Chef Muhammad Nawawi from ASTON Tanjung City, Chef Jehezkiel Runtuwailan from Harper Kuta Bali, Chef Gede Agus Suarjana from favehotel Sunset Seminyak, Chef Made Tarip from ASTON Kuta Hotel & Residence, and Chef Sumantri Innaka from favehotel Kediri.
Together with these Executive Chefs, Archipelago Food Festival at ASTON Denpasar presents dishes from various regions of the Indonesian archipelago such as Soto Padang, Rendang Pariaman, Ketupat Kandangan Banjarmasin, Sapi Gora Rica, Ikan Kuah Kuning, Ayam Bakar Colo-colo, Nasi Liwet, Coto Makassar, Gerangasem Ayam Undis, and many other menus.

In addition to indulging in a wide array of culinary delights from all corners of the archipelago, the AFF at ASTON Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center is also enlivened by other captivating entertainment, such as Balinese Contemporary Dance, Barong Dance, Live Bands, Chef Live Cooking Shows, Bartender Performances, and a DJ.
With the 27th edition of the Archipelago Food Festival held at ASTON Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, it is hoped that the Nusantara dishes from Archipelago International become more renowned among the public. Furthermore, this event is also expected to support the development of the culinary and tourism industries in Bali, East Java and Kalimantan.
