Beautiverse, an event combining beauty and holistic wellness exhibitions, is being held for the first time in Bali.

Beautiverse, an event combining beauty and holistic wellness exhibitions, is being held for the first time in Bali. The event was officially opened by the Chairperson of Dekranasda Bali Province and First Lady of Bali, Putri Suastini Koster. Beautiverse brings together over 60 beauty brands, holistic wellness practitioners (yoga, meditation), and workshops discussing the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and wellness industry.

“We carry the theme of empowerment through the beauty and wellness industry. Therefore, in addition to well-known beauty brands, we are also inviting local brands and wellness practitioners who are growing and thriving in Bali to be part of this event,” said Hanna Ristya, Operations Manager of Alpha Seven Asia, Project Manager of Beautiverse.

Beautiverse is being held over three days at the Bali Beach Convention Center, The Meru Sanur. The Meru Sanur’s support for Beautiverse aligns with the broader commitment of the Sanur area to promote health and wellness tourism in Bali. As a luxury wellness resort located within Indonesia’s first Health Special Economic Zone, “The Sanur,” this collaboration represents a concrete step in building a sustainable health and wellness ecosystem.

“It is an honor for us to be the main sponsor of Beautiverse. We see Beautiverse not just as an event, but as a movement that unites industry players, practitioners, and the community to raise awareness of the importance of holistic wellness—physical, mental, and spiritual. These are also the values we uphold at The Meru Sanur, inspired by the Tri Hita Karana philosophy: harmony between humans, nature, and spirituality—reflected in our wellness programs, guest services, employee initiatives, and local community engagement. We hope Bali will continue to grow as a world-class wellness destination and inspire other regions in Indonesia to develop healthier tourism,” said Ed Brea, General Manager of The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection.

Several brands are showcasing exhibitions, beauty classes, and seminars covering topics such as skincare, the importance of sunscreen use, makeup demos, and competitions. Participating brands include Paragon Group, Vaseline, and Skintific. Sessions with local communities include detox workshops, perfume-making classes, digital marketing for beauty products, and interactive talk shows with influencers such as Edho Zell, Jovi Adhiguna, Rachel Goddard, Arik Cahya Dewi, and more.

On the wellness side, there will be seminars and workshops discussing the prospects of the holistic health industry, as well as interactive sessions by local and national wellness practitioners—including a morning yoga session led by renowned instructor and Indonesian actor, Anjasmara. Beautiverse is also collaborating with local wellness communities to feature activities such as guided meditation by Bali Usada, hypnotherapy by Maja Healing, face mapping with Ayurvedagram Bali, and much more.

“We recognize that Bali has tremendous potential as a destination for special interest tourism, especially in wellness. This event seeks to both introduce and empower all communities within this ecosystem,” added Hanna.

With the theme “Empowering Inner Beauty, Celebrating Outer Glow”, Beautiverse, held from 2–4 May 2025, aims to become an annual manifestation of this vision and a gathering space for beauty and wellness enthusiasts. Beautiverse will return in 2026 with an equally memorable experience.

Dr. Paulus Herry, CEO of Alpha Seven Asia, emphasized the importance of location selection, especially for the inaugural edition. “The Meru Sanur is the perfect venue for a holistic health and wellness concept. Visitors can enjoy the morning sun through activities such as morning yoga, morning runs, and sunset breathwork sessions,” said Paulus.

In addition to beauty products and wellness-related activities, visitors can also explore other areas such as the Bro Zone (featuring men’s grooming products), the Beauty Startup Zone (showcasing innovations by local MSMEs), healthy food and beverage vendors, and entertainment by musicians such as Tika Pagraky and Idgitaf.
