A Sunset Glow and Seriously Good Vibes
We arrived at Adriana just before sunset, and boy did we time it right. The golden hour lit up the vibrant interiors like a dream—rose-hued walls glowing, plush seats inviting, and the iconic pink neon lights casting its warm glow over the outdoor dining area. With a killer view of Jimbaran’s ocean horizon and the sun slipping slowly away in the distance, we knew we were in for a magical evening.

Let’s talk about ambience first, because Adriana is Instagram heaven with a Latin soul. Inside and out, the place bursts with personality. There’s a live DJ booth tucked in the corner—ready to get the party started as soon as the stars show up—and the outdoor “Mi Casa” area comes with a literal bonfire. Yes, you read that right. Flames, cocktails, and murals make it feel like you’ve stumbled into a Mexican telenovela with a luxury twist.

Spice, Crunch & Everything Nice
Now, onto the real star: the food. We started with the Jalapeño Poppers, which surely brought the heat right at the beginning of our dine! Crunchy on the outside, gooey with cream cheese and mozzarella inside, and finished with a salsa verde kick—these fiery little guys set the tone for the night. Next up were the Nachos loaded with beef, sour cream, and guac—the kind of dish you fight over with your friends because nobody wants to share.

Taco Heaven: Lengua to Love
And then came the tacos. We tried the Chicken Tinga, which was packed with smoky chipotle, guac, and pickled jalapeños for that zippy punch. But the real winner? The Lengua Taco—beef tongue done so right it practically melted in our mouths. Pro tip: a generous squeeze of lime over the top makes the flavors pop even more. Crunchy, tender, meaty perfection. We could eat ten of these and not regret a thing.
Midweek Fiesta Alert: Paella Overload Wednesdays
But Adriana doesn’t stop at tacos. No, no. They go full Caribbean-Mex fusion with their Seafood Paella—a beautifully plated dish loaded with tiger prawns, soft shell crab, mussels, and creamy Arborio rice. But wait for it... there’s a promo! Every Wednesday, Adriana launches its "Paella Overload" deal: unlimited Paella for a group of four. It’s a midweek fiesta that you definitely want to RSVP for. Bring your appetite and your squad!

Sweet Endings & Sassy Sips
Just when we thought we couldn’t fit another bite, out came the Churros—crispy golden batons dusted with sugar and served with three luscious homemade sauces: dulce de leche, berry, and Nutella. Honestly, we considered cancelling all our plans just to order another round.
Of course, no fiesta is complete without a killer drink in hand. The Gha-rum cocktail was our favorite—a bold mix of rum, garum, rosella, cranberry, and passion foam. It hit all the right notes: warm, fruity, and just boozy enough to make us sway to the DJ’s beats. For the non-drinkers, the Passion Tango mocktail was a hit too—sweet, tangy, coconutty with a cheeky chili bite at the end.
Chef’s Kiss: A Culinary Love Letter from Mexico
Helmed by Chef Gerardo Milán, who brings his deep-rooted Mexican culinary love to Bali, Adriana Cocina & Bar is not just about good food—it’s about storytelling through spice, texture, and color. With ingredients sourced locally and a few key items flown in straight from Mexico, each plate is his love letter to home. And when you pair that with signature cocktails by Mixologist Rhama Aprian, you’ve got yourself a night to remember.

Whether you’re out for date night, girls’ night, or just a cheeky weekday escape, Adriana Cocina & Bar is the place to be. With space for up to 216 guests, two bars, and an exclusive “Mi Casa” area, this rooftop wonderland is your one-way ticket to a tropical-Mexican fantasy—no passport required. See you at sunset!
