W Bali - Seminyak is excited to invite Australian chef, Nic Philip from Barbacoa Bali to join forces with W Bali's Director of Culinary, Chef Norberto Palacios. They will serve an exceptional dinner on Friday, 28 October 2022 at 7 PM and the event will be held at FIRE Restaurant, W Bali - Seminyak.
The two chefs will fire up and create eight dishes over a three-course dinner based on the similar concept of Barbacoa Bali and FIRE Seminyak - featuring fire as the main element of the cooking method with wood fire, charcoal and smoke.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Chef Nic Philip has gained his skills at luxury resorts in the Asia-Pacific region along with training stints in leading European restaurants such as the Michelin-starred The Clove Club and Ottolenghi's NOPI in London and acclaimed Restaurant Taller in Copenhagen. He was listed in Singapore's The Peak Magazine's list of Hot Young Chefs of 2017 and was also featured in the Bali Bible's Top 10 Chefs of Bali.

This special dinner also support children in need, where fifty-percent of the dining sales will be donated to Bali Children Foundation.
