For one night only, Chef Juan Carlos of TENKAI and Chef Daijiro of Takumi present a thoughtfully curated Izakaya-style menu that celebrates the harmony of two distinct culinary philosophies. Combining TENKAI's bold Nikkei flavours with Takumi's refined Japanese approach, the menu showcases signature dishes, seasonal ingredients, and creative interpretations inspired by both restaurants. Guests can look forward to a selection of signature creations throughout the evening, including Mixto Ceviche, Wagyu Chahan, Aburi Beef Nigiri, and Smoked Salmon Carbonara.
