Panca Niaga Bali (PNB) to host the dinner and cocktail series on Saturday, May 20th, highlighting a special menu curated by The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud's Executive Chef, Sebastian Arnold, and unique cocktail creations by Merlitha Refarnis as PNB Brand Development for Gonzales Byass.
A special dinner will feature a three-course and ala-carte inspired menu catered by Chef Sebastian that presents a selection of appetizers such as beef tartare or poached jumbo prawns, a selection of main courses such as grilled yellowfin tuna loin, herb-crusted lamb chopes, slow cook confit chicken, grilled angus beef striploin steak, and a selection of desserts such as crêpes suzette and apple tart, highlighting live entertainment and fantastic cocktail pairings with Seagram Vodka, Nomad Whiskey, and Rinomato.
