The mixology team has crafted a selection that blends timeless classics with innovative twists. The lineup features the Original Negroni alongside Tirta Kumkuman, a graceful harmony of Campari, blossoms, and citrus brightness that reflects the beauty of Bali. Sundara adds a refreshing twist with citrus-infused wine cordial and rosella gin, while Spritzoni combines Campari, elderflower, white wine, and turmeric soda. Rosso Nangka completes the collection with tropical elegance, enhanced by mulled wine and a delicate jackfruit foam.
